Why does my stomach stick out?!? - why is my stomach bloated hard and sticking out
OK, I wear a size 5 pants and medium-high lol I do not know if it matters. I've recently started Pilates to strengthen just about my flexibility. at 5 "3 and weighs 120 pounds. but every time I wore a tight T-shirt or wear a bikini, it seems to overflow my stomach, or as in the swollen all the time. and it's so charming!
I dance a lot, which, like many fruits (love) to eat fairly well, meat, cereals, etc. .. Although I love sweets! I do not know. I do not eat them 24 / 7, every day, but I eat candy and junk like crisps and snacks for themselves ......
What can someone please give me the steps to lose belly Peek!? I also drive my stomach when I suck on your laugh lol

To the idiot below me, shes not fat, stupid. It's actually a good weight for their height.
I have the same thing that my abdomen was before, but told me that most women ... her pocket. Never gone, but you can do it less visible if you work with your abs.
