How the heck did I get a driver's license without taking the test? - do temporary drivers license have pictures on it
I went to my license renewed a few weeks ago, and today I have the e-mail with a license, not a temporary card or identity card, a license in good faith, with photos and everything they did. How is this possible? I never try the track.

You just won the lottery license. Now shut up and keep it to yourself. Someone screwed the dog in the office and licensing mistakenly sent him a license. And as a government, which will probably never caught his mistake. Only hope that he knows how to treat.
I do not know, but if you care for an accident insurance company may make an issue out of it, so that the celebration of the responsibility for a terrible bills (If you have a building or something)

It was an oversight or a mix of paper up, or your condition does not require tests for people of a certain age. Ask the DMV
